Information we collect
The enquiry forms collect contact details, location, the type of help requested and the information you choose to share about your loan or banking situation. Do not submit Aadhaar, PAN, bank statements, passwords, account credentials, tax returns or property title files through the website forms.
How we use it
We use the information to reply to your enquiry, understand the type of assistance requested, keep an enquiry record and arrange the next discussion. Where you have agreed, relevant details may be shared with an appropriate banking or service channel for the purpose of reviewing the enquiry.
Consent and referrals
Do not submit another person’s details unless that person has authorised you to do so. Partner and referral enquiries should record the borrower’s consent before personal information is shared.
Website records and security
Enquiry records may be stored in a protected server location and a notification may be sent to the authorised LoanLala team. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely risk-free.
Analytics and cookies
Optional Google Analytics 4 measurement loads only after you accept analytics cookies. It may record page views, navigation, campaign attribution, CTA interactions, use of website tools and successful or unsuccessful form journeys so LoanLala can understand which content and routes are useful. LoanLala is configured not to send names, email addresses, phone numbers, free-text enquiry notes, exact loan or property values, bank names or internal lead reference numbers to Google Analytics. Essential storage may still be used for security, form operation and user preferences.
Retention
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as it is needed to respond, maintain necessary records and meet applicable obligations. Records that are no longer required should be deleted or securely archived.
Privacy requests
To ask about your information, request a correction or raise a privacy concern, use the LoanLala Enquiry Centre, choose General question and write Privacy request in the subject.
