LoanLala provides general information, loan-sourcing assistance, document-preparation support and coordination. LoanLala is not a bank or lender and does not independently approve, price, sanction or disburse a loan.
No guarantee
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee eligibility, project approval, balance transfer, takeover, top-up, sanction, rate, processing time or disbursement. Every bank or financial institution applies its own policy and makes its own decision.
Your information
You should provide complete and accurate information. Do not submit another person’s information without authority. Sensitive documents should be shared only through an authorised channel after the purpose and handling process have been explained.

Website calculators and readiness tools are for an initial comparison only. Their output depends on the information entered and is not a credit decision, financial advice or binding offer.
Lender documents
You remain responsible for reading the lender’s sanction letter, Key Facts Statement where applicable, charges, repayment schedule, security conditions and other formal documents before proceeding.
